2. Intellectual Property

All custom code, software designs, and architectural plans created by DaSoftwares remain the intellectual property of DaSoftwares until full payment is received. Upon final payment, full ownership rights are transferred to the Client, subject to any retained rights for generic reusable libraries as specified in the service contract.

3. Limitation of Liability

Available services and information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall DaSoftwares be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DaSoftwares's website or software deliverables.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these specific terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
